The first unit I received didn’t hold battery very well which was a bit disappointing. I reached out to customer service and they handled it quickly, organised testing and sent me a new one. The new one has been great so far.

I had a few issues with the self clean function, emailed CS and they were so helpful, they sent me a video to help me figure it out, turns out i wasnt holding the button down (baby mush brain)
