Shipping Policy and Return

 

Shipping Policy:

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days, but please allow up to 7 days during our launch. 

Regular Shipping  AU POST Regular with Signature on delivery for $9.50 
Express Shipping AU POST EXPRESS with Signature on delivery for $13.95. 

 

Please note that purchasing EXPRESS SHIPPING doesn't guarantee same-day shipment; it only means you're buying the shipping service. All eligible parcels are covered up to $100 for loss. For more insurance coverage, contact info@mekebaby.com.au for a quote. 

While Meke Baby PTY LTD is responsible for timely shipping, we cannot be held accountable once the order leaves the warehouse. We'll make every attempt to settle the issue with AU POST regarding lost, late, or missing items. All AU POST orders come with "free signature on delivery," but you may choose to "leave at safe place." Please keep in mind that if you select "no signature on delivery," we can't be responsible for lost or missing orders.

Shipping promotions are offered to Australian orders only.

Purchased via our online store:

1. Request is made within 14 days of receiving the Milk Warmer and has not been used and is wholly in an original condition:

·   Please email info@mekebaby.com 

·   Refund will be established on receiving the product that is in original order, including (both external packaging and internal parts of the packaging and the good(s) itself)

2. Milk Warmer has been used and is in working order

·  We will not accept these

·  This is supported by Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Meke Baby Return & Exchange Policy and Terms of Service

·  Please email info@mekebaby.com should you have any further questions 

3.  Milk Warmer has been used and you are not satisfied with your device 

·  Please contact info@mekebaby.com for support

·  Refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis in alignment with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), ACL consumer guarantees, Meke Baby Return & Exchange Policy and Terms of Service

Purchased externally:

1. Request is made within 14 days of receiving the Milk Warmer and has not been used and is wholly in an original condition:

·   Please reach out directly to the store where the product was purchased. The solution is based on that store's policy

2. Milk Warmer has been used and is in working order

·   We will not accept these

·   This is supported by Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Meke Baby Return & Exchange Policy and Terms of Service

·   For any further queries please contact info@mekebaby.com

3.  Milk Warmer has been used and customer is not satisfied with their device 

·   Any refunds for external orders cannot be actioned by Meke Baby, you will need to go to the store of purchase

Our goal is to make your experience with Meke Baby as simple and straightforward as possible, so do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.

If you are an Australian resident, certain legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law, and similar consumer protection laws and regulations, may confer you with rights, warranties, guarantees and remedies relating to the supply of the products by us to you which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified (Consumer Law Rights). For example, you may have additional rights to an exchange, repair or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. To the extent that you maintain Consumer Law Rights at law, nothing in these Terms excludes those Consumer Law Rights. 

If you return a product to us seeking an Australian Consumer Law remedy, you will be responsible for any associated costs such as delivery costs. However, if your claim meets the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law, we will reimburse your return delivery costs. Depending on the issue, we will either provide a new or repaired replacement product or refund you the price of the relevant product.
