1. Add your liquid
Fill the warmer with your desired amount of liquid.
- Minimum recommended amount: 150ml
- Maximum for regular heating (below 70°C): 500ml
- Maximum for boiling (above 70°C): 300ml
2. Attach the lid securely
Make sure the lid is tightened properly to ensure even heating and accurate temperature readings.
3. Turn on the warmer and select your desired temperature
4. Allow the warmer to heat Heating times vary depending on the volume and the starting temperature.
- For regular warming, it heats within 1 to 3 minutes
- For boiling, it heats at roughly 1 minute per 10°C and takes about 10 minutes to bring 300ml to boiling
5. If boiling
Boiling requires more power and is only suitable for up to 300ml to prevent bubbling and overflow. Always follow your formula manufacturer’s instructions if you’re boiling for formula prep.
6. Charging your warmer
- The included USB C cable and charging adaptor for the best performance.
- Charge for 3 to 4 hours at a time.
- Do not leave the warmer on charge overnight, as prolonged charging can affect battery performance.

On average, the Express Pro heats 1 minute per 10°C.
For 300ml, it takes roughly 10 minutes to reach boiling point.
Boil times will vary depending on starting temperature and amount of liquid.

What is the minimum and maximum volume it can heat?
- Minimum recommended amount: 150ml
o Anything under 150ml may cause inaccurate temperature readings or the warmer may not detect the liquid inside and switch off. - Maximum capacity: 500ml
o You can use the full 500ml capacity for temperatures below 70°C. - Maximum when boiling (above 70°C): 300ml
o This allows space for safe bubbling and prevents overflow.
Why does the temperature go above what I set when using less than 150ml?
When less than 150ml is inside, the sensors may not register the liquid accurately.
Because the battery is extremely powerful, a low volume can heat too quickly, sometimes causing the temperature to climb a few degrees higher than the desired temperature.
Why does my warmer turn off with a small amount of liquid?
If the liquid level is too low for the sensors to detect, the device may not detect any liquid is inside and can turn off.
This is why a minimum of 150ml is recommended.
How do I cool the warmer down after boiling?
The Express Pro retains heat well due to its thermal properties.
If you want it to cool down faster, keep the lid open.
Can I use tap water?
Yes, as long as it is heated to boiling point before use.

How do I clean the warmer while on the go?
If you are using sterile water for formula, you do not need to clean between uses.
For breastmilk or cow’s milk, rinse immediately after use and clean with 3% hydrogen peroxide or warm soapy water. You can also use the boil function to sanitise the warmer.
