While the Formula PRO can also warm breastmilk, a minimum volume of 150mL is required. Why materials matter under heat

Feeding involves repeated exposure to heat, often multiple times a day over many months, and not all materials respond to this in the same way. Some plastics can begin to degrade with frequent heating, potentially releasing microscopic particles, known as microplastics, into the liquid inside. While this is not always visible or immediate, it highlights an important consideration. How materials perform under real, repeated use. Hard to replace part

Do not recommend even with sales. Hard to replace missing o ring have to pay full price for a lid plus shipping. With a premium product one would expect better customer service

After reviewing your case, the issue is not with the product itself. The silicone sealing ring was included with the lid when the product was supplied and has since been lost or misplaced after purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not sell the silicone ring separately. However, we do offer replacement lids, which include the silicone sealing ring, and we'd be more than happy to assist you with purchasing one.

Battery runs out quick

Very convenient however the battery runs out very quickly. It was on 100% then when I woke up it was on 70. Also it continues to raise the temp once you’ve reached your selected temperature

Thank you for your feedback.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. Based on the information provided, a decrease from 100% to 70% battery over a period of 7–8 hours would generally be considered normal battery usage and not an indication of a fault.

It's also important to note that the temperature may continue to rise if the minimum liquid volume has not been met. As outlined in the user manual, the MEKE Formula PRO has a larger and more powerful heating system, which requires a minimum amount of liquid for the sensors to accurately detect and regulate the temperature. When the minimum volume isn't reached, temperature readings may be less accurate and the unit can continue heating beyond the desired setting.

If you're able to let us know the volume of liquid being heated and the temperature setting used, we'd be happy to investigate further and assist.

Amazing Product

It is so easy to use at home and on the go. Bought as I wanted to be able to leave the house without worrying about how to heat water for formula and it is now the only way we heat water at home and on the go. Thank you!

We knew the express would be a handy product for us but it’s honestly been the most used product we have purchased .
It makes nights, and days when out and about much less stressful.
