What’s included?

A Neutral Meke Go-Box with its original lunch tin, one additional Neutral lunch tin with ice pack, MEKEsip and the Travel Feeding Kit. That gives you two lunch tins in total.

Does the Go-Box need a microwave?

No. Its built-in rechargeable battery powers cordless warming. Charge it before use and follow the included instructions.

How long does warming take?

The Go-Box’s listed warming time is 5–25 minutes. Timing varies with the food, portion size and starting temperature. Check the food temperature before serving.

What is the extra tin for?

Use the additional tin to prepare a second meal or keep another portion ready. It is an extra container for the same Go-Box, rather than a second warmer.

Can everything go in the dishwasher?

Cleaning instructions differ by component. Keep the Go-Box electrical base, controller and charging port out of water. MEKEsip is fully detachable and top-rack dishwasher safe. Follow the included care instructions for each item.

Go-Box

A food-grade stainless steel inner tin sits inside the rechargeable warmer. The removable tin is the food container.

Additional lunch tin

A BPA-free stainless steel dish with approximately 1L capacity.

MEKEsip

An insulated 316 stainless steel bottle with food-grade silicone straw and components.
Care & Use

Go-Box and lunch tin

Allow the warmer to cool before cleaning. Remove the stainless steel tin and wash with warm soapy water. Wipe the outer surfaces and control base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the electrical base, controller or charging port. Avoid abrasive cleaners and follow the supplied manual.

MEKEsip

Detach the parts for thorough cleaning. MEKEsip is top-rack dishwasher safe. Follow its included care instructions.

Travel Feeding Kit

Follow the care instructions supplied with the bib, utensils and storage case; each component may need a different cleaning method.
